it's okay, it happens! the important thing is to get back on the horse! and do some damage control!
losing weight takes time.
and you've already lost 38lbs! that's really great!! i'm sure you havent done a week of a damage. it doesnt sound like that much anyways.
think of it as spiking your calories. so your body revs up its metabolism and then get back into the saddle again!
good luck!

i feel better thanks guys well ramadaan starts today so i dont think binging will be to much of a problem seeing as how we are only supposed to consume two sparse rations a day ( one b4 sunrise ) and another one (after sunset ) so i guess the binge was kind of my last horah lolz ....
although i will tell you im actually not worried about how i will last with out food ( i emotional/boredom eat for the most part , i dont think ive ever had a problem with actually being hungry ) but im very worried about how i will last a 15 hr day with out water .... im already scared lolz wish me luck ladies

you will get through inshallah (god willing). during the day you shouldn't worry too much about. it's when you break your fast. you gotta be extra careful. because your body will go crazy once you take that first bit of food. i know i go crazy when i break my fast. i become like a vaccum.lol!
but for during the day just try and keep your self busy with listening to lectures reading some Quran or books. maybe during this month you'll break out of your boredom/emotional eating habits because you are not eating during the day.

Okay, I don't know what the **** is going on but waking up from naps always spells castrophe for me. I am not sure what it is. The only other time is when I am drinking. Does anyone know why waking from a nap sparks this need to binge? Fortunately, I don't typically take naps.

What helps me is to imagine what you would say to me if I did what you did. You would tell me not to feel guilty, to learn from it, that I will be ok. Love yourself.
As Echo says, getting back on the horse is the important thing. I heard a story about 2 Olympian skiers who both fell on the slope. The one who won was the one who got up the fastest.
Hugs

It happens. Just get back on track. Sometimes the weeks where I make those kinds of mistakes are the weeks I lose the most because I work so hard to make up for it!

Sometimes I think it might just be habit. There are times that I've found myself binging on Sat or Sun (or both) without even thinking about what I'm doing other than this is the way I've been eating for the last 2 years, so I'm "used to" gorging on junk food the whole weekend. I'm trying to break that pattern now.
