Count me in too, its my 21st day binge free and I'm really happy to have got this far, I hope I can keep up and keep this going.

I'm a former binge eater. My culprits were ice cream, chocolate, candy & cheesy fried stuff. I've been binge free since March however over the last two days I can feel it creeping in. Yesterday my husband stopped me when I was just getting started and I'm so thankful!! I'm posting here to get it down & out in the open for accountability to stay strong and focused.
Went over to Lewiston NY yesterday.. a 10 minute drive from my house in Canada. Lovely playce. My agent and publisher and I went over for lunch and to discuss business. I was a good girl. I shared a chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries with my agent. And I drank LOTS of water!!
TOday was ok.. Had some banana bread that Dr. BF baked for me on the weekend. But no more!! Gave the rest to my neighbor and my dogs!!lol.
So technically still on the binge free wagon. And my goal this week is to drink MORE WATER!! And try to get on my bicycle. Haven't talked to the doctor if that is ok or not for my back!
