Default I don't remember feeling like this the last time I counted calories. Input needed...

It's day 3 back on track for me. About lunch time I got this headache and it hasn't gone away since despite taking ibuprofen and Excedrin migraine, which normally works to get rid of my bad headaches. I'm irritated and moody. I'm tired. I'm craving something to eat even though I have already eaten. I even feel bloated.
Actually I feel much like TOM is getting ready to visit, but that's not due for sometime now.

What's the deal? Is this normal to feel this way or what? Like I said I don't remember feeling this way in the past.

I'd love to see some responses for this too...

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be of any help re: an answer to your problem, but I've been feeling MUCH the same way. I used to not have as big a problem with cutting down on my portions and I haven't made any drastic changes, just smaller portions, more veggies/fruits, less refined foods so I don't get it either. I'm also getting headaches and a constant feeling of hunger. Boo.

I guess the only comfort I can offer is you're not alone?

How many calories are you taking in? I can get lightheaded and sick feeling if I haven't eaten enough and I definitely got a headache when I was cutting back on caffiene (even though too much caffiene gives me migraines!). Maybe you can tell us a little more about how many calories and what type of foods you're eating and we can help you brainstorm on what might be going on.

Fake sugars, dehydration, not enough calories, caffeine withdrawl, too much salt.

Can you post sample menu it may help.

I'm sorry you're feeling bad. Could it be possible that you were a little dehydrated? I know I get that headach-y, bloated, out of sorts feeling when I haven't drank enough water? And often when i usually start and get all gung-ho on my diet/plan, I know I might not always remember to be as gung-ho about hydrating.

I also feel the same way when I have not drank enough water. I felt like that today after waking up from a nap and feel better now that I have drank a few glasses of water.

I get headaches when I use artificial sweetners.

If you are hungry, you may want to up your proteins and healthy fats.

If it's TOM coming on, I have no answers. I could inhale the Hersheys Choc factory during that time myself.

I actually don't feel like that anymore. I felt like that for about 3 days and then it stopped. I think it had something to do with a rapid loss of water weight. I went down 6 lbs in 2 days.
I'm still somewhat fatigued but I was fatigued before I started back counting calories.
