I was doing atkins religiously for 3 weeks and then last week i was on vacation and it was horrible i ate whatever then **** i wanted good thing is i didnt put as much wieght on as i expected i would but my pants arent as loose as they were before which makes me unhappy so needless to say i woke up this morning im not on vacation anymore and im back on a roll! i hope i can stick to it seeing as there will be no more vacations until holiday time and im hoping i can loose enough wieght where as if i gain a few pounds during holiday i wont be crying! dieting is probably just as hard as quitting smoking is but we gotta do it to be healthy!

I am afraid to step on the scale sooooo..... i am going to really buckle down for the next week and not weigh myself next monday! Just stick with it! We will both be ok! And if you can, throw a little extra exercise in for good measure! Never hurts to have a REALLY SUCCESSFUL WEEK to get the motivational ball rolling again! You can do it!
