I hope everyone has updated their July totals because it's time to cheer about getting fit

The reigning queen with an astonishing 2460 minutes is Sunny Gee
Wow, Sunny, that's incredible! It really shows in your stats too. Exercise is the magic ingredient and you have it going


and the princesses:
CyndiM with 1609 minutes
Grneyedmustang with 957 minutes
Kim_Star with 860 minutes
Pearlrose with at least 840 minutes (are there more?)
Barb who exceeded her goal of 600 minutes by 20 minutes then went on a cruise

Then there are the stealth exercisers like Debbie and Twynn Exercise really makes a difference. Join us in August

C'mon newbies and experiencedbies - this is a great way to get or keep yourself on track exercise-wise. You don't need 1000s of minutes just pick a goal that works for you and go for it.

It has made a huge difference for me having this thread. When I feel like a bum I remember that I have to leave those days blank and I get up and move.
