Taco Soup:

one can black beans
one can mild rotel tomatos
3/4 packet of taco seasoning
3/4 cup green pepper
3/4 cup onion
either 2 cups of soy faux ground beef or 2 cups ground beef

That's it! Combine all ingredients and boil until onions and peppers are soft.

I LOVE it!...and will be making more very soon!

I'm not a fan of soy crumbles but I found out recently that tempeh crumbled is a similar texture and much better taste.
