Default Just For Today Challenge, July 22

Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did. Sign up with any goals you want to.

I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!)

My goal for today is to think before I put any food into my mouth and ask myself, do I really need to eat this? Am I hungry or is it thirst? Am I emotionally or brain dead eating?.

Happy Wednesday everyone.Supporting you all one day at a time.

Nicki

Good Morning Chickies,

Today I challenge myself to stay under 2000 calories again. Hopefully, I can make it two days in a row. So far I have had 360 calories from milk and cereal with blueberries. MMMMM. I love summer fruit.

Hi JazzyPeggy, Nicki, and Terapet,

I am going to return to phase 1 of my plan. I feel icky - bloated. the only new thing I had last night was a small beef patty. I hate to think that was it.

Today my goals are:
drink more than 2 litres of water
eat on plan
pray
journal
stairs

Wishing you all an easy day!

I have been sooooo good today. My lunch was only 570 calories and I went out to eat. My husband wanted to go to O'Charley's but I knew I couldn't be good there. Especially the rolls! So we went to Panera instead and I had the chicken caeser salad. They say it is only 500 calories but who knows if that is correct. Hopefully it is in the ballpark. I also had a small apple instead of bread with it. Tonight I have a Zumba class and then it is fish with a salad for supper and watermelon for dessert. I think I am going to stay under 2000 again.

Thanks again for the one day challenges. I feel like I am gaining some control here for the first time in a long time. (Hopefully)

My goal for today was to drink at least 72 ounces of water but I don't think I'm going to make it. I have a really hard time getting in my fluids. I simply don't get thirsty very often and I literally forget to drink! I am up to only 40 ounces and it is only a coupe hours from bedtime so we'll see what we end up with! Congratulations to everyone for doing so well today!

I think I blew all my goals today. It was a frustrating day and I was very tiredl. Glad I get to try again tomorrow.

CharlieJune, I forget to drink water, too.

Congrats, Terapet!!!

How about you, Nicki, Pebbles, & Ash?
