Default 30 pounds in 3 days...

So when i stepped on the scale 3 days ago it was my normal 210, i spent all day in the sun walking around a fair, came back and it was 199 of course i was happy, when i stepped back on this morning it said 180. Now its starting to scare me, i haven't stopped eating or done any extreme exercise, is this normal? should i see a doctor? or maybe my scale is broken?!

You more than likely need a new scale. Having a reliable scale is so much easier than worrying if the number is right. I love mine.

Check the batteries. Mine goes a bit crazy like that when they are running low. Wish it would come up with lower numbers like yours though rather than adding 30 pounds!

Sounds like a scale issue to me, rather then a "should I see a doctor?" issue.

Get a new scale and send your old one to me!!!! I wish mine would move in that direction so quickly, it seems to have got stuck! Good luck and great start!

I think it is impossible to lose 30lbs in 3 days - it has to be a scale issue

I weighed once on the carpet and it was 30 pounds off. I bought a great healthometer scale at Walmart that measures bodyfat for 40 bucks. Try something like that.

LOL is it even physically possible to lose 20 lbs in one day without losing an internal organ or having a baby?
