Default Anyone who do Pilates?
I really love pilates in trains my inner core especially for the abs.

I've recently started Callanetics. It's a combo thingy of Pilates/Yoga/Ballet type moves. The videos are quite out of date, but the moves are killer

I'd be interested in finding a pilates class in my area in the near future.
