Red face Just For Today Challenge, July 14

Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did.

I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

Looking for some ontakers.

OK - I'm in - I'm calorie counting. 1400 - 1500 calories. But my struggle is exercising every day! So that's my goal - and that mean's I GOTTA do it after work tonight.

Count me in. I am in the detox phase of Fat Smash Diet and not exercising (can't stand too much change!). So my goal is to drink all my water.

July 14th Goal: 3 liters (100 oz) of water

I like your idea JazzyPeggy. I am terrible at staying within a calorie limit. So just for today I am going to stay under 1800 calories. So far I have eaten 440 calories. I am at work so I should be good until lunch. Knowing I have to come back and post the number of calories I eat for lunch ought to help keep me in line. I definitely need help!

Okay, lunch is over. I did eat 200 junk calories at lunch but the day is still salvagable. Lunch calories were 660. Total for day so far is 1150. There is no chance I will eat anything else today before dinnertime around 6:45. I hereby resolve not to eat or drink any extra calories before dinner!

2 liters down. It's getting harder as I am running errands this afternoon. BUT would not have considered finishing if it weren't for this challenge.

I am done eating for the day. I think I ended up with 1900 calories. Almost made it. Still not as bad as my usual over 2000. Thanks JazzyPeggy.
