Just wanted to share this nifty toy with you folks. It's a website where you enter your weight and a duration of exercise, and it delivers a big page listing how many calories you burn off doing lots of different types of exercises. Cool!
That's cool, Babette! Thanks for posting it. Based on this, I'm thinking I can up the average number of calories I use per minute for various forms of exercise on my spreadsheet. P.S. I'm procrastinating, too.
