I hope your week gets better. As for weigh in, you can choose not to weigh if you think the number will be too discouraging for you, I've done that, just paid, stayed for the meeting and waited til the following week to get on the scale. Or you can bite the bullet and do it in spite of your reluctance. Either way, good luck. Keep us posted on how you're doing.
