Default Having a very hard time today!

I guys, did I post on an earlier thread that I was "back on track"? Well........I'm not doing so well. It's around my monthly business and all I want to do is eat everything in sight! I'm trying very hard to control myself, but it's not easy.

I had a Subways meat ball hero today the 6" one. Also washed it down w/ 3bags of tiny potato chips. The chips weren't alot, not even amounting to one full bag, but the point is i'm not staying on schedule. I just want to make it through this day without blowing my diet all together.

How's everyone else doing?

Ah, monthly girl issues

I'm going through that right now, too... I've already eaten my two Luna bars for the day, and I'm CRAVING sweets. It's so tough to stay on-plan during that time of the month. I try to drink a lot of water. It fills up my stomach so I don't feel like binging, but sometimes it happens... don't hate yourself for it. Maybe try to get out and do some exercise (I'm about to go for a nice walk/run), and chalk the day up to "Aunt Flo"

Thanks, xYTx that's exactly what it is aunt flo. I will make sure I at least do my exercise today as well. At least we can say we did that. I know I just blow through lunch, but I don't have to mess up the whole day, it's just tough to stop eating when that's all you want to do. Thanks for the reply!
