Default darned scales
my preference would be to weigh in at the university, but i cannot get the scales to work properly.

my grandfather's medical scale showed my weight to be 249 about 9 weeks ago.

i wanted to believe it was off. but i don't think it was wrong.

so today i weighed in at 231 on the same scales.

i'll just keep using it, because i think it's accurate and it's not anywhere i can get crazy about weighing in.

that my friends is progress. on a few fronts.

That certainly is progress--a wonderful two pounds a week on average. That's terrific.

About the other progress--I assume you mean NOT obsessing?

Well done with that, too. All progress counts!
