I just restarted back for the 2nd time at the Valdosta, GA MRC and need a buddy or some support from some one local. I did the program for 10 weeks last year and lost about 13 pounds. Well I have gained all plus 4 extra pounds. I never went through the entire program because I could not afford it any longer. I am trying to budget and stay on it this time. I reenrolled for the 17 week program and I was told I should be able to complete the entire program within that time. I weigh only 161 and I am 5-6. My goal weight is under 140. So I don't have much to go. I just need some local help where I can maybe have a buddy to go with me in weigh-ins and exchange ideas. If you can help, please let me know. Thanks.
