Default Not so fried fish points

Hi! (second paragraph contains my question , first paragraph is me rambling...)

I'm still on my first week of WW. I'm 21 and I live at home and eat supper with my family every night but I measure out all my food. If i know we'll be eating something that will "cost" waayyy too many points, I make my own food. But last night, I got home from work and my mom made fish. So I looked up fish in my little book and saw the points values for the fish with no oil added (4) and then for fried fish (12) for one filet (i weighed the fish too).

The fish filets were lightly passed through a bit of flower to prevent splattering and cooked for a few minutes on each side with a bit of olive oil (2 tbsp) at the bottom of a pan. Is that considered fried fish? Or how should I calculate something like that?

Thanks a lot!!

Can you just figure the points for the olive oil and flour seperately? Maybe say 1TBS olive oil, since I am pretty sure the fish didn't absorb all of the oil in the pan. The same for the flour. That should make you pretty close to what it should be.
