I love Laughing Cow Lite cheese , always have it on hand as well as low fat yogurt and sugar free puddings and sugar free jello.These are not meals, of course, but items I always have on hand so as not to eat the wrong foods.
Since it's grilling time I love getting veggies that grill nice such as asparagas, corn, zucchini's. Also we always have frozen chicken breasts in the freezer.
