Congrats! Years ago when I started work at 7am (and was lucky enough to have facilities at work) I'd get up at 5am, throw on some workout clothing and head to work. After my workout I'd have a shower and start my work day with pretty much wet hair (but I was inside so it didn't matter). I'm not sure I have enough fortitude to do that now. Although I get up at 7:30 to go walking, and I don't have to get up that early...

Good luck tomorrow. I always found it harder towards the end of the week. But... so worth it to be done with your workouts before work started!

Woo-hoo! Good job Mug! Seriously, the sleepiness will wear off. You have to change your bedtime Im sure. The earlier, the easier it is in the morning and yes, you assume correct in having to eat more, but your body will still be burning calories after your workout (especially if your incorporating weights into your routine).

KUDOS!!! Keep it up, you will start to feel better in about a week. The first week is hard.

Wow!!! That's great!!! You mean business when you get up THAT early to go!!! I want to do that so I can get in some exercise before my kids wake up.

This summer for over a month starting in June, my son has swim team several streets over here at our neighborhood pool. It starts at 7am! to 7:45am. So I'm thinking we already have to get up earlier than we did when school was in at that point, why not get up a little earlier and walk there! I need it bad and my son will probably like it anyway. Will be good for both of us to walk there and back. It will help me get used to walking more, like I did when I first started losing. And it's great that I won't have a choice which days to go! I have to go 5 days a week! LOL!!

Congrats on being determined enough to change your life for this. We all have to change alot to succeed but we can do just that. What we change decides the outcome of our journeys.

Keep up the good work!!!

Hugs, Selina

Excellent, Mug. Keep it up. It will give you such a good feeling. No matter what happens during the rest of your way, you have already gotten your workout in. You can say to yourself: I've done what I could. The day's not even over but you have already taken care of yourself & watched out for your health & made it a priority.

Good job! It feels good to be hungry after earning it.

I used to get up early when I only had one kid. I felt good all day. I keep thinking about getting up early and walking with my toddler. Maybe you'll inspire me to get up tomorrow and actually do it.
