Just wanted to share my excitement! Last week I was
up a pound and was dissapointed but I didn't quit, I realized I needed to start getting serious and incorporate exercise and I did. Today I was down 3 pounds!
For a total of 9.4 since I started WW my 5% goal was 8 pounds, so I officially did it! Now I need to keep moving and reach that desire 10%
