Default I'm 30-something...*sob*
Hi, I'm ghost, I used to post quite frequently in the 20-something threads but then went off the wagon for a while, turned 30 and now I'm back. I've been losing and regaining the same 15 lbs for the last few months and after seeing some pics of myself over the weekend I really really need to get this weight off. So, its nice to come back to a familiar place where I know the support is fantastic and I hope I can contribute some motivation around as long as I'm taking it.

I feel your pain, honey. I'm 30 something and have just put on pounds like you would not believe. I went off the pill after many years on it, and the weight just came on like its nobody's business (I expected the opposite). Sigh.
