Hi everyone! I am new to calorie counting and would love to chat with you guys. I am almost a month into my plan and I am really enjoying it immensly. I am calorie counting and trying to eat as many whole foods and possible. I am also changing my thinking this time. I am not on a diet. This is a lifestyle change. It is the only way I can succeed! Welcome Kelleewl! I'm new here too. I've decided that calories in and calories out is the only way for me to lose. Low carb....I keep my carbs right, but I still eat too much to lose. WW I eat my points and the extra points they allow....and I don't lose. So I have got to know the precise calories I need to get this weight off. Plus...I really need to exercise...that's my achilles heel.
