Welcome Kelleewl! I'm new here too. I've decided that calories in and calories out is the only way for me to lose. Low carb....I keep my carbs right, but I still eat too much to lose. WW I eat my points and the extra points they allow....and I don't lose. So I have got to know the precise calories I need to get this weight off. Plus...I really need to exercise...that's my achilles heel.
