I am just so excited that I wanted to share my good news with you!
I joined a gym in Sept of 08 with my DBF and was losing weight pretty slowly- 17 lbs in 5 months so I decided to really focus on the food part of weight loss as the excercise was rockin'.
I joined WW again on Jan. 28, 09 weighed 231 when I walked in the room. Last night , at weigh in I was 208.6- I have lost 23 lbs since my start date. This is actually my 10% goal!! I was not expecting it because I had thought I needed to lose more for some reason! I was totally caught off guard. It was such a pleasant suprise!
I have almost lost 40 lbs since september now... .6 lb away if I will count that... he he I am really excited to continue on to my next goal of weighing 199- which is 9.6 lbs away.... Onerland here I come!!!
I just wanted to share my bit of success with you all! I love reading others stories as motivation!
