Default Change of Plans

So I was supposed to stay away from the scale until June, but after 2 weeks of staying off the plan, it's time to change it. Thank goodness that I didn't gain. I'm surprised because there were like 3 birthday parties and much eating out. So, at least I know I can maintain for 2 weeks

Anyways, today I went dress shopping for a party my school is hosting mid May and I was surprised to find I went another dress size down. I'm now an 18W...only 2 months ago, I was still at 22W. I was so happy I bought 2 dresses! One for my cousin's party this weekend (he's 2) and one for the other party for school.

It really made me think about wanting to get serious again about losing weight. I feel better and definitely look better. So tonight I worked out while watching Biggest Loser and I'm going to start the C25K program tomorrow. It's something I've been thinking about for awhile, but hesitated because I'm so self conscience. But, if I don't start now, I'll never start.

So here's to tomorrow !

Oooooooh, dresses! What fun! Do you have pictures or anything? I freakin' love clothes and shopping, so I'm really excited for you, LOL! I just recently went on an eBay and bought... Err... An undisclosed amount of Spring/Summer dresses. They were all super-cheap, though, so I don't feel that bad about it!

Anyhoo, now that I've finished my little rave about the dresses (hehe!), I also want to congratulate you on reclaiming your weight loss efforts!! That is so awesome, and I hope this feeling of determination really sticks with you. You're totally right to focus on how much better you look and feel... And ya know, I bet you it's only going to keep getting better from here on out! Best of luck to you, chicky!

That's amazing!! Great job.

Sometimes it takes a short break to give you the strength to continue on
