Running intervals and strength training with free weights is how I've lost almost 50lbs. Not to mention the weight lifting has given me nice definition in my arms. I've gone from a size 20 to able to zip up a size 6. Okay, I can't sit in the size 6's yet, but soon I will!

I definitely second the elliptical. I also love my wii fit and other workout games associated with it.

For me, HIIT on the treadmill, 30 minutes everyday. Plus weight training, a split routine six days a week (upper body and abs on day one, lower body and more abs on day two, one day break). And when I'm just hanging out watching TV, I sit on my Fitball and bounce, just to burn calories.

Now, wouldn't it be nice if I did this consistently?

Thanks so much for the info. I currently walk the D.C (1 mile) twice on the days I work (Mon-Thurs) which wors out fine considering I'm the supervisor and I need to be on the floor. I also do aerobics for 30 minutes (Mon-Thurs) with Denise Austin @ home. I also have a gym membership that I will begin using eventually when I work myself up to strength training with weights.
