Default 1st week and 7lb oFF yey

i started my new diet plan a week ago and am delighted ive shed half stone. I know next week it will be harder to lose but this has given me extra motivation to keep going

Yep! Those first few weeks are awesome - the scale moves a lot quicker. Gratz on the early success - keep workin at it.

Keep in mind - Your progress will most likely slow down, but remember the health experts say weight loss should be no more than 2 pounds per week to keep it healthy, and for long lasting results. Make this your "life" choice - don't be impatient.

woke up feeling bit bloated today and jumped on the scales have gained 2lbs. Feel i have water retention but still 5lb off is still great at least its coming off. Looking forwrd to this week and trying to get more exercise in. As only exercise i hd time to fit in last week was getting off the bus 10mins early from work and wlking rest of way........seems to have worked tho x
