That's what I'm going to make it. I'm tired of "wondering" why I'm not losing very good when I know exactly what my deal is.
So, I'm going to make a challenge to myself to exercise 25 days for at least 30 minutes in April. I wanted to be 165 by the 16th (my bday) but I can see that won't happen so I would just like to make an exercise goal rather than a weight goal. That's something I can TOTALLY control so if I don't make it it's my own darn fault. So, I WILL do some sort of exercise for at least 30 minutes at least 25 days this month. They don't have to be consecutive days. Just 25 days.
And you are all my witnesses!
