Default Okay, here I go again... Day 1.

I haven't eaten anything yet... just had a cup of coffee and I'm about to have a small glass of milk and my multivitamin.

I'm kind of freaking out. I'm worried that since the friends that I'm living with buy the food that I'm going to be able to stay in calorie range but be continually hungry because of what is available to eat.

I'm wondering if maybe I should try to buy my own bread and veggies. I am getting a little bit of unemployment for a few more weeks but I do have a car payment and other monthly things that need to get taken care of and then *hope* I will have a job soon so I can save up enough to get back on my feet in my own apartment.

Argh.

Gotta remember to breathe and take it a day at a time.

Maybe talk with the ppl you live with, and see if they'd all like to get a little healthier and maybe you'd be able to pitch in a little, like 10 bucks a week or something. a dozen eggs, cereal, and some fruit and veggies can really go a long way. And if your friends could hop on board of healthy eating, you could get a lot of good for you foods in the place.

Good luck. It;s going to be a little rough not having control over much of your food but I think you'll figure something out!

go to the food shelf. some of what they give you will be good for you some not so much but your roomies will eat it and it can be a way of contributing until you get back on your feet.

what kind of job are you looking for? PM me I'm in St. Paul and know lots of business owners.
