Default Carb withdrawl

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site, and I started MRC yesterday. I am going through some serious carb withdrawls. I am sleepy, have a headache and feel nautious. Is there anything that can help? How long does it usually last? Thanks

Lots of water helps - and time. You're basically "detoxing" if you're used to having lots of sugars & starches. It takes probably an average of 3 days or so.

Drinking lots of water, chewing gum, staying busy helped me. I had terrible headaches for 4 days. I hope you don't get them!! Keepgoing!!
