Default How Much?

There's this car show (Importfest) in May im guessing (there's no actual date yet)
but probably the middle of May.

Im 167 right now
5'4
If i were to work really hard for until May.. (any tips would be awesome as well) Is there any estimate on how much i could lose by then?
(I wanna look better than the car models, dont know if that will happen .. but i could try lol)
I know all bodies work/lose differently but. ya..
Thanks for the help

At 167? You could lose like 1-1.5 lbs a week probably... so probably 6-9 lbs?

Good luck!

If it's the middle of may, thats about 8 weeks away. You could safely lose 2lbs a week if you worked hard at it. so 16lbs would put you at about 150lbs!! that sounds great, and not too extreme. but, as you said... our bodies all work differently. You would also need to workout (imo) to achieve this goal. good luck. I hope you look hot at the car show

There's really absolutely positively no way on earth to answer this question with any certainty.

Your best bet - stick to a HEALTHY eating plan, stay within a reasonable calorie allotment and add in some exercise. Stick to that like glue. Like GLUE. And whatever you lose - you lose. Chances are, IF you stick with it, you'll most likely be able to see a difference and FEEL a difference. You'll certainly be headed in the right direction.

I totally agree with rockinrobin. Personally, the "I have to fit in this size or I have to look good for this wedding/dance/event" motivation has always been poison for me. I end up eating unhealthily (as in starving myself), then completely spiral into beating myself up when I can't meet the goal.
