I've set a goal to lose 10-15 lbs by June! I have some big events happening in June that I really really want to look (and feel!) awesome for!
I don't really have a plan right now, so I need some help figuring that out. Changes in diet? Exercise? I know I need to do BOTH but I'm not sure which approach to take. I really had success counting calories in the past but my current living situation makes it pretty difficult to stay on top of that. Suggestions, please!!
I want the weight to come off and STAY off, and I want to work out and feel good about my muscle tone as well. I'm definitely going to be doing the 30DS still, only I am planning on doing it every day instead of doing it a couple times a week.
Any help/advice/encouragement/weight-loss-partners are welcomed!!
