Default Should I be worried?

Last week I had to fit into a bridesmaid dress for a wedding. I lost 7 pounds by eating low carb and mostly living off shakes and bars and doing very little exercise. This week I took a saner approach of eating and exercise to continue losing weight. I got on the scale and saw that I gained THREE AND A HALF pounds! Should I be concerned that I'm doing something wrong?

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water- when you work out your body needs water to repair the muscle and if you don't drink enough you will retain water.

when you do really low carbs diets. you lose alot of weight quick. but its usually water. so when you start eating carbs again, and your body retains some of the water you just lost... you'll show a gain. but yea you definitely did not gain 3 pounds of fat. no worries.

all the above plus the fact that if you're now working out you're body will fit even better! even if the weight doesn't change much, a pound of muscle is a lot tighter and smaller than a pound of fat.

you'll look beautiful.
