Default Wow... 8 lbs can look like a LOT!
I take photos along the way during my weight loss journey, and it's SO helpful! I had a bad week this week, losing only 1 pound despite some REALLY hard work... luckily, after I snapped a progress pic and compared it to my "before" pic, I was SO surprised, I couldn't even BEGIN to complain about losing only 1 pound!

Here's the pic of my week after week progress:


YAY! The red shirt is tighter under the boobs, which is why it looks like they've grown! And it gives the illusion that i've lost a ton on my tummy, when it's really just the green shirt being baggier

Hey! You look great. Do you mind me asking how tall you are? You know, the smaller you get the more difference just a pound or two makes. I had no idea of that until the last month or so.
