I get on my treadmill everyday in the winter & run for an hour, i have started to do hand weight's & some badly needed toning exercise's. This is something i have alway's enjoyed doing, But as of this last Sat i just could not bring my self to do it, so i took Sat & Sun off (rest day's). I have not felt like doing anything
I just don't get it. Maybe it's because i was able to get outside a few day's last week ? I't been a long cold winter so i use the treadmill. Maybe i just over did it last week
i did my 8 to 10 mi walk run (Tues, Thurs & Fri), i could not help myself it was in the 50's and sunny
, so how do i get back into the swing of thing's? it's like i have no energy
This has never happen before .
