I too am new at the Home kit. I went to go order it today, but of course the call center who takes the orders for WW is closed for the holiday.
I chose the WW At Home kit because I do not have the time or the motivation to attend weekly meetings. I work better doing "independent study" per se. I have lots of pnline support with the weight loss message boards I am a part of so I do not think meetings would do anymore for me.
My long-term goal is to lose 55 pounds within a year to the month I get started on the plan.
I will set short-term goals once I actually get started.
