Welcome again to another chapter in a wonderful month full of exercise, support, and loads of FUN!!! We are at an amazing 10322 minutes! This month's goal is to add 5000 more minutes to our already grand total! So lets go ladies!! (and gents!)
New here, but I think I qualify as an "alternachick." I'm committing to a spin workout tonight after I get home from the grocery store. I'll post my minutes after completion.
Yay for a new month! I think i'll go for a big goal of 2500 minutes since I am starting my track season tomorrow, and will have practice everyday for at least an hour.

Did 30 bike, 60 tae-bo, and 45 yoga. I really needed that yoga after tae-bo,(Tae-bo really wears you out!)
Made me personal goal 2000 again to make it this month!
Did a 30 minute workout on the spin bike. Strength training tomorrow.
Personal goal 1000 minutes this month, which is about a 1000 more than I did last month !
Lizziep + pocket, make sure you make monthly goals and add to the group total. ( It helps keep track of what you are doing as the month wears on and I'm secretly not good at math so I would lov if you guys were add to the group total.) Use my post as an example, I'll add your guys' minutes right now though
Personal- 30+30+45+45= 285/2000
Group- 150(me)+75(lizziep)+60(pocket)=10847
Oh and buy the way I had a miscalcultion last night when I tried to figure out our monthly goal. I know I originally said 5000 but we made 7000 minutes last month!!
So I've uped it 8000(sorry but better now than later!
