Wayta go on staying OP and working out and doing all that extra awesome stuff!

How much did you drink last night, though? Because I ALWAYS weigh-in low after nights out drinking because alcohol dehydrates me. Sometimes the number stays low, though! But sometimes it jumps back up a teensy bit.

I hope yours stays low and you keep rocking the weight-loss! Wayta go!! And... boys can be complete idiots. And liars, lol.
My boyfriend has a nasty habit of creating elaborate lies to get himself out of things... like going out with friends when he knows he needs to study. He can't just say he's studying, because they'd "slag him," so he has to make up crazy elaborate lies. Makes me wonder sometimes if he's ever lying to me, lol...

Congrats on the loss!!! I'm the same as jelbb though. I sometimes weigh in a lot lower after drinking. Hopefully you will stay down and keep moving that way!!!

Yep, I gotta agree on the fact that I'm lower after drinking too, sometimes as much as 2-3 pounds. The good news is, I don't often bounce back up after that day. Congrats!

Congrats, that's awesome!! I didn't have an unexpected weight LOSS this week, but I did unexpectedly not gain! I went out thursday night with girlfriends from work, after a truly horrible 6 hour training/meeting in which we were all basically told that thanks to this lovely "economic downturn" we all have to bust our butts to meet nearly impossible productivity or our program will shut down. PLUS, fri was one of the girls' last day in our office. SO two reasons why we were super-emotional and went to Ruby Tuesdays! I ate moderately with a salad and the Ruby Mini's lunch deal (2 minis, i took off the fried onions).....but then we all ordered gigantic chocolate desserts! Friday is my weigh in day and i was so depressed because i was sure i would gain after eating all that, but nope, stayed the same as last week's weigh in. I was very happy with that. Next week will be focusing more on non-food related means of stress relief....with the way things are going at my job, seems like the stress isn't going to go away any time soon, so if i wanna lose this weight i gotta figure out a different way to manage it!

congrats again on your loss this week!

I had a loss and almost did cartwheels. This was a time I typically go UP during the month (ovulation). It was nice to see a drop on the scale this morning.

Not exactly a weight loss, but I just spent 6 days in Tampa on vacation with my family. I tried very hard to stay OP everyday, but a couple of times I slipped. I was scared to weigh myself when I got home, but I was surprised to see I didn't gain a pound! I maintained! I was very happy and it gave me motivation to keep up the healthy eating habits, as it's working.

Way to go!

I had an unexpected weight loss, too! On V day week, I gained 5.6 pounds. Last week, I lost 4.2 pounds of it but knew the next week wouldn't be that good.. I had family dinner and binge fest on weigh in day. After that, I got sick. After that, the next two days were a bit over calories. After that, I've been on plan. Today I weighed in on my scale which weighs heavier than the WW scale and it said I am 237.9. That is a good chunk of weight. So, I may have a bigger weightloss this week at WW than I thought.
