Default yogurt??

I see that plain low-fat yogurt was on my preconditioning menu but I don't see it on my beige menu. Does anyone know if it would be ok to have that as my protein at breakfast? I am taking some antibiotics and will be taking them for a while and they are really doing a number on my tummy. I've always heard that yogurt helps with the balance of good bacteria while on antibiotics. Any ideas????

You won't see yogurt on a menu again until stabilization --but if you feel that you need something like for medical reasons it would probably be a good idea to give your center a call and see if they have a suggestion.

You can also go to your health food store and get some acedophilus (?) that is the best thing for your stomach when you are on antibiotics! Good luck!

Thanks for the replies. I will look for the acedophilus at the health food store. It's good to know that yogurt will be back when I get to stabilization.
