Must Put Down the Fork
This is my first post in this community. By way of introduction I'm a 27 y.old attorney in Northern Virginia who has (most days) resolved to lose the pounds accumulated in college and law school once and for all. Unfortunately, in the last week I was out of town for 3 days and spent 2 days moving. I totally used being out of my routine to go way off plan. I ate hushpuppies last night! I've eaten entirely too many totally unhealthy restaurant meals (and had more than I usually have to drink, too) and I'm honestly scared to get on the scale. I feel like I'm bloated. Probably from too many starchy foods and beer/wine. I am resolved to get back on track. Hopefully I'll post in a few days to brag about being below my pre-trip weight. I'm thinking I'll hide from the scale until this weekend, though.
