Hi everyone,
I am new to these boards but not new to losing weight. Been doing that most of my life now! I am hoping that this time is my last time down this road. I feel more ready than I ever have before so I am taking that as a good sign. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
Welcome!! Glad to see you here! Sounds like you are ready to make the change to healthy living rather than just being on a diet. I have found in my thinking that is helps to realize this is just something I have to do to be healthy and feel good. Our bodies need fuel but not just any fuel. We need premium!!
