Default First mini-goal achieved!!
When I started this diet I decided I was going to take a picture every 25 puonds, and I finally lost my first 25!!!! (I don't have the pic yet though). I am so excited!! And now there is no stopping me on my way to the next 25!!

THat is GREAT! Congrats!! I especially commend you because of your profession, that is super hard. But you've shown you can do it, and you're right, nuthin's gonna stop you from the next 25!
