Unhappy No cheating here, but scale isn't budging-- getting very frustrated.

I need some help.

I have been on plan perfectly for the last 8 weeks. During the first 6 weeks, I steadly lost 2-3 lbs/wk--- and the last 2 weeks? Nothing. As a matter of fact, I gained a lb this week. WW even dropped me down 3 points this week-- andddd.. nothing. I want to cry. I'm very, very frustrated. Words of wisdom?

Since you've been losing so fast, sometimes your body just needs to catch up! Don't get discouraged. Just keep going!

Maybe try some new foods or a new workout to spice things up.

Yeah it may be that your body is just slowing down for a bit, it happens to us all.

Something I can suggest is The McDouagll Diet. I lost 14 pounds in the first month, he is an actual doctor, with all GOOD information online. Email me if you'd like more information on his plan.

Agree with the previous posters. Weight loss is rarely linear and its not unusual to have the scale stay the same for 2 weeks especially after some pretty consistent loses.

Keep working your plan

Don't be discouraged; I know very well how frustrating it is! I have been doing ww for months and months and a lot of weeks I see no loss and when I do it is only .5..I can change up my exercise, change the way I use my points etc and still nothing..all I can say is hang in there you and your body will be glad you lost it slow and steady
