from this site, and from my willpower. But you know what, IT'S OVER! I'M READY AND BACK IN ACTION. My back has been fine for about a week so I think today is the day I start exercising again and boosting that willpower. Who's with me? We can do this, we did it before, there is not a single reason we can't do it now!

im defintaely back in before the weekend...the worst time of all for me!
