I've been out of the game for a while, and I ABSOLUTELY have to get back in. I lost about 70 pounds after I had my daughter, using LAWL. Well...let's just say since my success I've fallen off a little. I thought I could do whatever I wanted because I hit my goal weight. I WAS OH SO WRONG! I'm trying to back into the swing of things now. But, I'm a bit rusty.
LAWL has left my neighborhood, I think they've left my state to be honest. I can't find them anywhere! So I'm trying to do this all over again by myself (or with the help of 3fatchicks!!
). I still have all my information and stuff, but I can't remember how the Take Off works.
When doing the 2 day Take Off, does the drink itself count as part of your daily water intake or should you drink your 64 oz of water on top of the Take Off juice?
Any help will be greatly appreciated as I suit up for another go round as being fit and healthy - this time its for good!
