Default What I ate today...Critique please :)

This is what I ate today and I would like to know what everyone thinks.

Breakfast: 5 points total
Cereal: 3
Milk: 2

(missed my morning snack)

Lunch: 3 points total
Salad:
Mixed greens
Cucumber
2 sliced perppercinni peppers
Red onion slices
One artichoke heart (packed in water NOT marinated)
1/2 serving shredded WW cheese: 1
Light salad dressing: 1
Wanton Salad Toppers: 1

Afternoon snack: 5 points total
Curves Bar: 1
WW Yogurt: 1

Orange: 1 (this was about an hour later, I just felt so hungry today)
Wasabi low fat potato puffs: 2 (I actually snacked on these off on on throughout the day, but I did have one serving...I counted them and put them in a bowl)

Dinner: 10 points
Another of the same salad as above w/out the salad topper: 2
One serving whole grain pasta: 3
One serving low fat turkey chili topped with 1/2 serving WW shredded cheese and fat free sour cream: 5
One serving broccoli: 0

I am only at 23 points and I am stuffed. I will most likely have a snack but I am not too sure. I am suppose to have 29 points and I have drank all 110 oz of water. Everything I ate I measured and only ate one serving of each item.

Your list looks pretty good to me. Looks like enough veggies and everything. Just have a healthy snack and you'll be set. But, If you're really not hungry.. then don't eat until you are hungry.

Overall, it looks good to me, but I'm not a nutritionist. One thing I would change for myself is to have some protein at breakfast. If I don't, I seem much hungrier all day long. Not everyone is like that, though, and I think you should do what's best for yourself. I see you're getting your vitamins, including C, lots of antioxidants, fiber, dairy, etc. You could up the fruit.. maybe replace the potato puffs with it? Not sure about healthy oils and omega 3s. Regardless, I can tell you're doing this whole-heartedly, Dawn, and that goes a long way to ensure your overall success.

I agree with a protein at breakfast. Also, I have been told from other WWer's is you MUST eat you points daily. Going under them will not work- from what I have been told. Your choices look good- as I have made a few notes for myself since I joined WW online Saturday too. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for all the input guys!

I weighed myself yesterday and I am down 2 more pounds...18 total since Jan. 3rd.

I still am finding it hard to eat everything but I am. For instance tonight I was short on points so I had half a serving of peanut butter on some whole grain bread. and I still have 2 points to go....I can't believe I am having a hard time eating.....eating is how I got this way to begin with.

Thanks again!
