Default it's my birthday and my boyfriend wants to take me out!!

Help me! It's my birthday,and my man wants to take me out for dinner and I don't want to go to Applebees. Any ideas for going out, I really want to go somewhere nice and not fattening. Better luck next time huh? Well, I am only eating a couple 2 pt snacks today until dinner so that i can go and get something good, but any ideas??

I am going to the gym today after work and going to do a 1 hr boot camp class

then I am going to want to eat!

What I do is eat one thing I really want to try and then the rest of the stuff I eat has to be on plan. For example, we went out to eat last week for my hubby's b-day and we got a loaded potato skin appetizer (deep fried). I ate three potato skins and then got a salad for my entree. Dressing on the side. The potato skins were a lot of points, so I did use some of my weekly points, but I still lost 2 pounds last week.

Do you have a Cracker Barrel? Their Grilled chicken tenders are 4 for 4 points and they have a wide variety of veggies.

ok i know i'm not on WW but if you like seafood go to red lobster! they have some shrimp skewers that are SO good and grilled plus good veggies and salads. just say NOOOO to the biscuits! haha

Happy Birthday! Sorry, I don't have any brilliant ideas, but I would suggest just going with the flow this one day a year. Go where ever you like the food, and order something healthy. Just avoid fried foods, sauces (butter), and dressings, and your meal shouldn't be a diet-breaker.

I think that everyone needs to have a no-count holiday every so often, so maybe you could just make it that?

Some one else told me to go here and get the lobster and shrimp and i looked at their website and it showed that for that it's like 300 calories
