No plan in particular just my own made up one. I want a change in my lifestyle and not a "diet".
I hope to find support here and not a "my plan is better than your plan" or a "your doing it all wrong" mentality as I have experienced on other sites.

So far so good but of course it is only day 2.

Hi hpnodat! Good luck - I'm doing Atkins, but everyone's different. Some of us are lucky enough to be able to flexible, unfortunately I'm like a little kid - I have to be told what or what not to eat! I think you're doing the right thing by picking a life style - something you can live with day in and day out. Hope you had a great day 2!
