Here's what to do: We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like this. Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.
Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.
The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

Hi Mary - Oh no...I haven't done this 47 times. It's an ongoing challenge for all of us. Whoever loses 5 pounds first gets to start the new challenge number. It's a great group!!!
Yep...it's a snowy day in Philly. I live just south of the city and commute to work about an hour NW of the city. I don't think we are supposed to get a lot of snow...but even a little it enough to make my drive ****. I'll leave work about noon to avoid the chaos. What part of PA are you in?
what the heck....I gained a pound? I haven't cheated at all!!! I have been working my little butt off as well. (walking 3 miles everyday) what gives. It isn't my TOM either. grrrrr
