For those of you who set targets, let us know how much you lost, if you stayed the same or - horrors! - gained. No need for numbers if you gained. I'll just post a for gains.

I think I lost my goal of 2 (need to recheck in the morning - I've been scale free for 2 days). I am now officially done losing until/unless a few lbs sneak back. Only took me 6 months to lose the last 2 but I'm not sure they are meant to stay gone.
