Default Exercise Ball Workouts

I have done several searches for this and didn't come up with what I need. I know in this huge place there has to be a post about it somewhere. Could someone kindly direct me to a thread/s.

If there isn't, does anyone have a favorite workout? I have a bum knee (no anterior crutiate ligament) so I have to be careful.

Thanks!

I really like the 10 minute Solutions balance ball work out. I'm not sure about your knee with it, it's been a while since I dug it out and used it...it's somewhere in the giant box of dvds left to be unpacked

Thanks Megan - I'll check that out.

I did find this link that I used for my routine tonight: http://www.exercise-ball-exercises.com

I'll add more if I find any that I like.
