This may seem like a no brainer, but how do I update my weight loss ticker as I lose weight?

depends on which type you use. when you add it to your siggy you can edit the numbers in the 'code' or like the tickerfactory one you can set a pin code and then just go click right on you ticker and it will take you to the webpage to edit it, just remember your pin code! or your can bookmark your ticker at the tickerfactory page too if you don't want to have to go into you user CP to first or search for one of your posts.
